This is low-carb perfection on a plate. Seasoned with fragrant basil, our chicken breast is roasted until juicy and tender, then it’s served with a trio of zucchini, bell peppers, and button mushrooms. To continue the Italian theme, we throw in a side of bruschetta topping made of sweet tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and a dash of Himalayan pink salt.

This is one of our favorite Pure Plate dinners! The flavors are diverse and complimentary---your taste buds will not be bored! Fresh sauteed veggies and well seasoned tender chicken---this is almost always on our regular Pure Plate order!
Perfect blend of spices and flavor. It’s one of my favorites and, like the other dishes at PP, you never feel like you’re “dieting”. So good!
