For the last 6 years all I had eaten was fast food or delivery. I was overweight, had never been in a gym and overall very unhealthy. It was time to do something about it. I heard about pure plates through a google search. When I started pure plates in early May I weighed 300 pounds. My goal was to lose 75 pounds by Halloween and 100 by Christmas. Today, 9/6 I weigh 217 pounds.
Before starting Pure Plates, I had 50 annoying health issues! They are all gone, I’ve lost 18 pounds, I’ve never felt better in my life and I can’t thank Pure Plates enough!!

I started at 260 pounds 6 months ago. Today I'm 198 lbs and I'm losing 3-5 lbs a week. Not only that but my diabetes is completely under control. Last summer my A1c was 11.4 and now it's normal. Thank you Pure Plates you have given me a whole new life!
Years of eating what I wanted to eat began to take a toll on my health. I knew I needed to make some changes. I heard about Pure Plates and decided to give it a try. Within 1 week my gut was feeling much better, improved mood, more energy, and I lost over 20 pounds in about 1 month!!
In preparation for the wedding we were working out with a trainer but hadn’t reached our goals due to our eating habits. We found Pure Plates and it fit so easily into our busy lives with twice-weekly delivery and pre-set meal plans. We were so pleased with our success pre-wedding that we decided to continue with Pure Plates once we returned home from our honeymoon!
I've been using Pure Plates for 17 or 18 days now and I lost 20 pounds and feel fantastic!
It gives us more free time to do things, we don't have to think about it, we know we've got quality food which we want to feed to our kids as well and teach them how to eat healthy.
I lost 22.9 lbs in 30 Days with Pure Plates! The meals kept my energy up and that really let me focus on my fitness goals!
I was able to save time and stick to my clean eating plan, which helped get me closer to my own personal goals!
I just wanted to quickly reach out and say how fantastic the meals I purchased from y’all are! I’m an ICU travel nurse and I can honestly say y’all are the best meal prep company I have come across in any state I’ve nursed in. Thank y’all so much for your time and effort in building a wonderful company.
I saw an ad online and read reviews and I wanted to lose 50 pounds by Spring. I found your program and gave it a try. I tried in March/April of 2020 and stopped when I wasn’t sure about the economy and my job...but I knew the program was good from that experience and came back in August when things were secure, and I knew I was able to make it work. I started Aug 24th, 2020 and its now March 11, 2021 and I’m happy to say I’ve accomplished my goal! Some days are easy and other are hard...but I have learned it’s a lifestyle change, and I had to change my relationship with food. I love food...my family loves food, all of our gatherings revolve around food, so picking and choosing when I eat the Pure Plates meals and if I cheat a little has been hard. But I would allow myself a "cheat" meal every now and then, but ONLY if I had reached a goal I had set. I now exercise more; I have a new style in clothes (NEVER used to wear leggings) and I plan to travel more. It’s not easy, but if you want it and are willing to work you can do it!
These pics are 3 weeks apart and I lost 10 lbs. in between. I still have 2 weeks to go, but I wanted to post today because I’m proud of this... The only thing I did was I have Leslee at Pure Plates plan my meals for me. I did not increase my cardio or train any harder than my normal 4-5 x per week workouts. Leslee got me on around 1500-1600 calories a day however, Pure Plates meals are all gluten free, clean and efficient calories so I’m not starving all day long. I feel great, energy is good, head is clear, and I cut the weight quickly because I follow her Pure Plates menu. No chips, no sugar, no finishing my son’s dinner, no ice cream...I allow myself 2 light beers per week. Period... So, look, if you are already training it’s not about training harder. Make sure that you sleep well and stay hydrated. Remember that you can easily out eat any workout...be smart, respect your hard work by getting on board with a good nutrition plan. 💪🏼🔥
