Overall, the experience has been great. Food is fresh and has great taste. I’m normally eating portions that are bigger than they should be, and Pure Plates does a good job of keeping me on track with portion control. I’m 6’4, 315 pounds, but when I eat keto consistently, my weight drops. Inflammation also drops away, easing my joint pain. Workouts improve too! 1300 calories doesn’t seem like much, and I do add a protein shake now and then, it I am oddly not hungry on this plan.
All of the meals and snacks are delicious and the fact that it's healthy is a BONUS!!!!
