Buffalo Chicken Skillet
Everyone loves Buffalo wings. But we’ve got a healthy alternative that’s so good it’ll have you begging for seconds. We start by using lean chicken fillets dusted with spiced almond flour, then we coat them in hot sauce and roast them until they’re sticky and golden. But it’s not all fire and brimstone. We cool things down with sweet sugar snap peas and a pretty dome of cauliflower rice.
