Everyone loves Buffalo wings. But we’ve got a healthy alternative that’s so good it’ll have you begging for seconds. We start by using lean chicken fillets dusted with spiced almond flour, then we coat them in hot sauce and roast them until they’re sticky and golden. But it’s not all fire and brimstone. We cool things down with sweet sugar snap peas and a pretty dome of ranch cauliflower mash.
Ingredients: chicken breast, cauliflower, sugar snap peas, almond flour, organic extra virgin olive oil, cage free eggs, vegan mayonnaise, franks red hot, tapioca flour, organic coconut milk, lemon pepper seasoning, pink Himalayan salt, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, parsley, garlic powder, California garlic pepper, onion powder, black pepper, water, dry dill
This was great it was not so hot that was not enjoyable and the taste was fantastic just like when I eat hot wings
The chicken was delicious. However, the pea pods become just a soft, tasteless mess. I would like to a different vegetable offered with this dish. I usually just remove the chicken and eat it with a salad I prepare.
