You’ll love our healthy take on buffalo chicken. Our organic chicken breast is rolled in tapioca and beaten egg, then pan-fried until golden and crispy. To give you punch, we slather it in hot sauce (what else?) and serve it with a side of crunchy sugar snap peas and Ranch Cauli-Mash.

This was great it was not so hot that was not enjoyable and the taste was fantastic just like when I eat hot wings
The chicken was delicious. However, the pea pods become just a soft, tasteless mess. I would like to a different vegetable offered with this dish. I usually just remove the chicken and eat it with a salad I prepare.
