We chopped and marinated our chicken utilizing coconut amino's (soy free) and loaded them on our asian slaw on top of a bed of cauliflower rice. Then we drilled a fresh ginger cream sauce (yogurt base) over the top.

This 6 Pepper Chicken is one dish that's packed with flavor! Roasted chicken breast seasoned with our 6 pepper seasoning. Served over a small bed of organic brown rice with a side of roasted yellow squash and zucchini. We then included a side of our strawberry siracha sauce. Your gonna love this!

A familiar favorite only healthy! Our chicken parmesan is coated in Italian seasoning, with a dollop if marinara and a pinch of Swiss cheese served over a bed of spiralized yellow squash.

Our Carolina Gold Sauce Burger is 50/50 clean ground turkey and grass fed ground beef, seasoned, cooked to pink, topped with our healthy house made Carolina Gold Slaw and served with a side of sweet potato fries. A delicious and healthy summer treat!

Our slow cooked pulled chicken is simmered in a traditional sauce and served over a bed of parsley infused cauliflower rice. We then drizzle a creamy Sriracha sauce over the top. This is a wonderful spin on a southwest favorite.
