We love putting a healthy spin on family favorites. But that doesn’t mean we compromise on flavor! Our Italian turkey meatloaf is so moist and delicious, you won’t believe it’s actually good for you. We use a blend of lean ground turkey, Parmesan, almond flour, and special seasoning to make this heart-healthy family favorite. Then we bake it slowly until it’s golden on the outside and juicy on the inside. We finish it off with fresh tomato, sautéed yellow squash, and Ranch Cauli-Mash.

Great flavor and very filling! You would hardly know it’s a healthy meal!
I really like this meal. The meatloaf is moist and tasty. The “creamed” cauliflower is satisfying. I usually have to cook the zoodles a little longer (and add a little more seasoning) because I like them slightly more cooked.
This is one of my favorites. I love the meatloaf with the noodles. Has a little of all my favorite foods.

Really loved the squash noodles, more than I expected actually, and meatloaf was on point. Sauce was super good that I wished there was a tad more!
