In just 30 days, you’ll work with Pure Plates coaches to create a completely custom program designed to kickstart your path to slim down while enjoying a healthy lifestyle. You’ll see results on the scale and in how you feel. Our meal selection, coaches, daily motivation, and all the help in planning everything makes these changes easy for you.
You’re not alone if, in the past, you’ve tried weight loss programs and found yourself struggling to stick with them and see results. We created Pure Plates (and this challenge) to make things easy for you. With this challenge, you will make changes that carry far beyond the initial 30-day slimdown period.

By taking part in our summer challenge, you’ll learn a different approach to weight management and health. Too many weight loss challenges may leave participants feeling hungry, tired, and just ready for it to be over; in this challenge, you will both start seeing big results and learn how to meet your health goals without feeling hungry and/or exhausted all the time.
Throughout this 30 day challenge, we’ll do everything we can to keep you focused and motivated on your goal. Our coaches will check in regularly to make sure that you have everything you need - right down to the right snacks - so that you can keep pushing, shedding the pounds, and, of course, feeling good (and not hungry) while doing it.
Can I Really Make Big Changes in Just 30 Days?
Yes! Because our goal is to get you fit for life -- and not just for the summer -- this program is uniquely customized to work for you, your goals, and your preferences. You won’t just get a chart of foods you can’t eat and can eat: you’ll get personal help with selecting meals, planning them, and in staying motivated. During our challenge, the average person loses 8-18 lbs.

Instead of thinking of the 30 days as a ‘diet’ think of it as a way to eat delicious, healthy meals you don’t have to cook yourself!
Meals from Pure Plates include meat options such as the grass-fed beef and hash, pulled chicken enchilada, southwest fish tacos, and vegetarian options such as vegetarian chile rellenos. Snacks with us are just as delicious, and include coconut fudge bars, lemon bars, a variety of muffins, and, of course, our world-famous ‘no crap nut bur’.
Although your specific meals, and meal plan, will vary depending upon your unique needs and goals, we can guarantee you that you won’t go hungry...and you’re in for a treat.
How Does It Work?
Every day in this 30-day summer challenge will be catered to your unique needs. Every meal and every snack will be selected with your weightloss and health goals at the forefront. Pure Plates coaches will help you select meals, plan them, keep track of your progress, and be there to keep you motivated.
Regardless of whether you ‘win’ or not, you’ll take before’ and ‘after’ photos taken so that you can visually see how far you come in just 30 days. To be eligible to participate and to be selected as the Pure Plates winner, you’ll need to eat Pure Plates meals at least five days a week. The two winners (one male and one female) will be selected by our panel of judges based on overall weightloss, your personal transformation story, and your level of engagement throughout the challenge.

The only cost is the price of your meals: if, for example, you eat 5 days worth of meals with us, your cost will range from $155 to $170 per week depending upon your calorie intake needs. You can have your meals delivered to your door, or you can pick them up at one of our locations: it’s up to you. Because Pure Plates prepares our meals fresh, your food will be ready for you every five days (freshness is a big priority to us).
