Nothing hits the spot like a big hunk of sirloin. We keep things simple by seasoning it with a blend of olive oil, paprika, and pink Himalayan salt, then we grill it until it’s medium-rare – because It’s juicier that way! Then we serve it with roasted sugar snap peas and cauliflower. Prepare to lick your plate clean!
