We know you love our pork tacos, so we thought it was time to give pork a starring role. In this dish, we barbecue our pork low and slow until it’s tender and succulent, then we shred it by hand and serve it with crispy roasted potatoes and a tangy coleslaw. A ribbon of smoky tomato sauce adds color and punch.
