We love putting a new spin on chicken salad. This one is brimming with barbecued chicken breast, salsa, protein-rich black beans, fresh yellow squash and shredded cheddar cheese. But the zinger is the jalapeño sauce. Even our food testers licked their plate clean. As for how to eat this salad, there are two ways – dip each forkful separately, or mix it all together. Both work, a treat!
