You don’t need to fire up the BBQ to get your pulled pork fix. We do all the hard work by barbecuing our organic pork until it’s melt-in-your-mouth tender, hand-shredding it gently and then infusing it with our house BBQ sauce. We serve it with a creamy cauliflower mash and crunchy fresh coleslaw.
Ingredients: boneless pork butt, cauliflower, low sodium chicken broth, cabbage, tomato paste, vegan mayonnaise, honey, orange juice, shredded carrots, erythritol sweetener, organic extra virgin olive oil, ancho seasoning, organic coconut milk, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, champagne vinegar, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, parsley, pink Himalayan salt, onion powder, water, white pepper, California garlic pepper, dry dill
This was delicious. It’s not too spicy and you will want more cole slaw!
This is probably my new favorite on the menu.
